WOW, what a year! 2023 has no doubt been a tremendous year of the Lord’s abundant grace as we work to create life-changing experiences for the youth of East St. Louis. When I look back on this year, it’s hard to believe all that you’ve helped us accomplish and all that it positions us for in the future. In Matthew 25, Jesus tells a story known as the Parable of the Talents, where he rewards a man for his faithfulness to steward the resources entrusted to his care. He told the servant, “You have been faithful over a little; I will put you in charge of much.”

 

While this isn’t a formula for promised growth; at R3 we have, however, been blessed to see the Lord entrust us with an ever-increasing Kingdom impact since our inception nearly nine years ago. We are grateful to the Lord, ultimately, but also to you, as this work could not be possible without the army of partners that surround us. We are also grateful to our students and families for the opportunity to serve each of them.

 

In our annual impact report, I’m excited to share many of the ways your partnership with us is making an eternal difference in the lives of our youth and the community of East St. Louis. We couldn’t do this work without you!
