DAVE KUNTZ, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In 2018, Dave took over the leadership of R3. Prior to joining the team, Dave served as a pastor in North St. Louis County for 10 years where he was active in community service and development. From pastoring to implementing school programs to serving as a police chaplain, Dave and his family spent 10 years investing in the St. Louis communities of Ferguson, Florissant & Hazelwood. Dave was a restaurant manager for 8 years, spent 5 years as a middle and high school teacher and coach, and has many years of experience in construction through home rehab and real estate investment. Dave has been married to his high school sweet heart, Danielle, since 2004. They have 4 kids, 2 biological and 2 adopted out of foster care. Dave is an ordained minister and holds a bachelors degree in Theology. Since 2025, Dave has served as a Work Life Lead Trainer for The Chalmers Center based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has a deep passion for empowering the marginalized of society and wants to be a part of the change to bring racial healing and hope to our region.
LORE'AL PERKINS, OFFICE MANAGER

Lore'al Perkins is from East St. Louis, IL. She started as an intern in 2017 where she got hands-on experience teaching her valuable lessons about work and how to improve her community. She graduated from SIUE Charter High School in 2018 and was later promoted to the office manager in 2022. Lore'al is deeply committed to mentoring and supporting the R3 students. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL), with aspirations to become a certified nurse midwife. Her journey reflects dedication to both education and community empowerment!
DR. ALESHA MORRISON, DIRECTOR OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Alesha Morrison joined R3 Development in 2023, where she supports academic programming, curriculum alignment, and student success strategies for youth and young adults earning their high school diploma while gaining hands-on workforce training. She also helps with case management, connecting youth to community resources and supports that strengthen both their academic and career readiness.
In addition to her role with R3 Development, Dr. Morrison is the founder and owner of ANM Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that provides grant writing, nonprofit development, program design, and strategic planning services.
She brings over 13 years of experience in social work within primary and secondary education, along with 9 years of experience in behavioral health. Dr. Morrison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, an MBA from Salem International University, and a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Leadership from Lindenwood University.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to education, community empowerment, and ensuring that youth and families have access to the resources needed to thrive.

DEBBIE PRICE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Debbie joined R3 in 2024, bringing with her a heart for service and a strong background in administrative support and ministry. Prior to joining R3, she served as the Administrative Assistant at North County Community Church (NC3) in Hazelwood, Missouri. Debbie was actively involved with the youth ministry at NC3 from 2009 until recently and has always had a deep passion for working with the next generation.

SERGIO EDUARDO MUÑOZ, JOB DEVELOPER / CONSTRUCTION TRAINER
Sergio’s journey is a tale of two career paths and two countries. Born in La Paz Bolivia he immigrated to the US at a very young age. Arriving and staying in St. Louis Metro Area he (and the Bolivian Society of St. Louis) afforded him a balanced introduction to the world of work. 1.) Chemical Manufacturing at the Union and Corporate level / Home Construction at the General and Subcontracting level. 2.) Workforce Development - BSW in Case Management / Job Development / Training and Instruction / and Senior Program Manager working with Homeless Veterans for the US-Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Services. Thus the melding of two careers into one that addresses the World of Work along with Human Services. He presently has a home based Manufacturing Business. He and his wife breed golden-doodles.

ANTINIQUE GRAHAM, YOUTH PROGRAMS MANAGER
Antinique joined R3 in 2024. Antinique is a dedicated youth mentor and workforce development professional with a passion for helping students discover their passions and live out their identity in Christ. With a background as a paraprofessional, intern with the Southwestern Illinois Leadership Council, and volunteer with AmeriCorps she has gained hands-on experience in education, career readiness, and community service. Her mission is to help students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and step into work that they genuinely love. She is dedicated to ensuring that students have access to the guidance, resources, and opportunities necessary to pursue fulfilling careers. Her roots are based in East St. Louis, but she now calls Collinsville home, where she resides with her son. Through her work and faith, she continues equip the next generation to embrace careers marked by purpose and joy.

JALYL HILL, PROGRAM & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Jalyl joined R3 in 2019, first as a student, then graduating in 2023, and now on staff as the Marketing and Program Assistant. In this role, he supports outreach, sharing R3’s story, and help ensure students receive meaningful training and mentorship.
As a program graduate, he is passionate about giving back by teaching and guiding others to gain the skills and confidence they never thought possible. His journey from student to staff reflects his commitment to growth, empowerment, and community impact.

JABRYAN GRISSOM, CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
JaBryan began his journey with R3 Development in 2019 as an intern, where he gained hands-on experience in construction and developed foundational trade skills. After his internship, he stepped away to continue learning, building his skill set, and gaining real-world experience across the construction field. In 2022, he graduated from East St. Louis Senior High School, committed to furthering his knowledge and preparing himself to make a meaningful impact in the industry. In 2025, he returned to R3 Development with a renewed purpose — to give back by teaching and providing youth with hands-on construction experience, practical skills, and real opportunities for growth. His goal is to help the next generation learn by doing, just as he did, and to support community development through skilled trades and mentorship.

DJ MERNICK, GENERAL CONTRACTOR
D.J. joined R3 in 2017. He owns his own construction company and serves as a construction advisor on the board as well as a general contractor for the organization. His business-minded service brings such value to R3's operations and mission. He has a deep love for the Lord and a humble heart to use his gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.
