R3 Careers Academy is a great opportunity for youth ages 16-21 to earn their H.S. Diploma, acquire skills in leadership and responsibility, and gain on-the-job experience and credentials in construction, all while earning money and giving back to your community.

How is Careers Academy designed?
Program requirements:

Live in St. Clair County
-
Are between the ages of 16-21
-
Have not yet graduated from High School
Full Time Cohort runs weekly from 9am-3pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays and is specifically for youth needing additional educational support and credit recovery to earn their high school diploma, gaining job readiness skills & learn construction, all while earning money.
Full-Time Cohorts allow you to:
