As we approach the end of the year, I want to personally thank you for the role you play in keeping R3 Development’s God-given Mission in Motion. Because of your commitment, R3 Development continues to create opportunities that equip young people with skills, confidence, and hope for their future.

​​“When I came to R3, I had no hands-on work
experience, no leadership skills, and very little hope.
But in my first week, I knew R3 was going to be a good
thing. We immediately started working with our hands
—learning how to use tools, how to lead, and how to
work hard. Even when I came in with little or no hope,
they never gave up on me. I never thought I would make it through high school, but R3 helped me do it—not just with words, but by showing me and guiding me to become someone I never thought I could be.”
Stories like this are the heart of our calling and a powerful reminder of what’s possible when our mission stays in motion.
